Often described as 'The Waterfront Specialist' with her focus on Miami Beach Boardwalk and Biscayne Bayfront properties - Melanny Aoas is an American citizen by choice and merit. She has lived in the USA, on and off, for over 30yrs, and traveled extensively around the globe. Melanny’s success in some of the most competitive cosmopolitan real estate markets in the country (New York, Miami Beach, and Washington DC), was carved with a passion for the industry and dedication to high ethical standards in service.
With over many years of experience in the industry, her focus is client satisfaction with the sales or purchase transaction. Her academic background in architecture and interior design coupled with an innate talent for negotiating is the winning combination that has led Melanny to succeed while leaving her clients fulfilled in their real estate transactions.
She is also a Certified Resort and Second Home Sales Specialist and is therefore able to ensure and offer best practices and knowledge when serving buyers and sellers looking to sale or acquire a second home or investment property in one of the world favorite resort destinations, Miami Beach-Florida.

Hobbies:
Melanny is passionate about fitness. She enjoys running, weightlifting, swimming, cycling, dancing, and meditation. She appreciates all forms of art and is thrilled by every opportunity to visit exhibits around the Wynwood Galleries, attend theater at the Arsht Center, and discover new DJs playing at the Winter Music Conference. Melanny also enjoys fine cuisine paired with a good glass of wine. Even better if it’s shared with family, friends, and business associates!
Volunteering:
Due to her ability to speak foreign languages like Dutch, Spanish, English, and native Portuguese, Melanny was invited and volunteered at the FIFA World Cup-Brazil in 2014.
Fun Fact:
Melanny won first place for the state of Florida in the National Step Aerobics Competition, in 1992.
